September 2013 Maintenance

The September 2013 maintenance was a period of server maintenance used to update GTAForums' very old base software to a more recent version - from a heavily modified version of Invision Power Board 1, to version 3. This lasted from September 4 to September 6, over a period of about 48 hours.
Reasons behind this maintenance included a very unstable and very old forum base, dating back to 2004, and a much-needed adaptation for the upcoming GTA V release.
